Nothing bad to say after reading bad reviews. Ordered a lamp - looks exactly like what I ordered, not as long for the delivery as they originally stated and no problems fitting it either ??

Fab customer service
I ordered come glass ball lights and when I opened them a month after delivery due to house renovations one of them was smashed, I contacted customer service who arranged for a replacement whole new light to be sent out and I received it the next day! Amazing customer service, thank you so much!

Poor customer service. Avoid!
Was told delivery in 48 hours, it took over 2 weeks to arrive! Asked after 3 days for it to be cancelled but said they couldn't get in touch with the courier. Still not had a full refund over 6 weeks on. No response to emails, poor customer service. Found the same light for a third of the price on ebay in the end.

RUDE, INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered a 3 way light that consists of 3 separate lights on one bar, I ordered a pack of 3 bulbs as recommended by the website at time of purchase of the light, I was sent 2x screw fit ( these fit the lights) and 1x bayonet, i had a electrician out to fit the light and bulbs, who couldn't complete the fitting as one is a bayonet fitting, the glass lampshades rest on these bulbs, so I now have a lopsided light, I then need to pay more for the electrician to come out again once I have the correct bulb, so I went online ordered the correct bulb and next day delivery more money! I contacted iconic lights who were argumentative and rude, and where trying to tell me this light does not need to be fitted by an electrician, even though I sent video and picture evidence, after a million emails they eventually refunded the second light bulb but because i sent video evidence instead of an apology my emails got forwarded back to me, shocking customer service go to VALUE LIGHTS much cheaper and amazing customer service.

Non delivery of light
Ordered light last week. Bulbs delivered Saturday but no light. Called them straight away and they promised delivery yesterday. Waited in no light arrived. Electrician booked for 8am this morning I had to pay £20 and turn him away. Called iconic and emailed. Told it will arrive today but that is was a Hermes problem. They say delivery between 1-5 days. That’s fine but why confirm on the phone it will arrive yesterday. They won’t pay for the plumber fee even though they assured me it would be with me yesterday. Come on now. Sort yourselves out. If it’s Hermes then change your delivery company for the sake of keeping your customers

Very disappointing!! Ordered what I thought were touch lamps, when they arrived and got them out they were not touch lamps and had a switch. Contacted iconic lights to be told they were aware of the issue with the lamps, that they were indeed just normal lamps and not touch like it says online. Returned items and only got refunded for the lamps not the postage, bad service for something that is not the customers fault. Avoid buying from this company!!!!

Despite ordering my item nearly 3 weeks…
Despite ordering my item nearly 3 weeks ago I still haven't received it.
I opted for next day delivery & paid the extra cost to have it delivered on a Saturday, whereas standard delivery would have been delivered on the Monday. I work far from home, so where possible It, a weekend is better. However, it supposedly didn't leave the warehouse until the Monday.
I understand the main issue was with Hermes, apparently not being able to deliver to one of their own click and collect locations which still baffles me and I haven't had an explanation for that. When I asked for an estimated redelivery date to then change the delivery address accordingly, the reply was that I needed to email Iconic Lights in 10 days to remind them to send me another one when it came back in stock/was returned back to them by Hermes. I've never had to do this before...remind a company to send a product.
Yet this is what I have done this week and I have not heard from them.
I have now had emails asking for me to review the product that I haven't received.
I wish I had gone with a more expensive company who use a better courier and actually have the technology to recognise who to resend items to rather than rely on the customer to do the chasing.
In fairness, Craig, from customer service, was initially helpful and apologetic but the case was taken over by someone else who I wish I could say the same about.

Blown away by the fantastic quality and super fast service
I ordered two table lamps and a ceiling pendant on Saturday evening and was amazed when they arrived this morning (Monday). What superb service. Not only that, but the table lamps were beautiful quality at a fantastic price. I had looked around in all the usual stores for two lamps but found nothing that looked good and was good quality so decided to buy the ones from the Iconic Lights sale. A they were only £22 each I did not expect a lot and so was blown away by the style and quality. The pendant light was a similar bargain. although this has not yet been fitted, the quality of the product is very good. All items were very well packaged too.

Poor quality products - wouldn't recommend
Purchased a tripod floor light in Aug 2020 and it has always been a bit wobbly but generally I've never needed to move it around! I had to move it to deep clean our apartment and one of the legs came apart from the bracket. Very poor quality with soft metal that now won't reattach at all.
Contacted Iconic Lights who argued that as it's over 12months there is nothing they can do, and are unable to send a replacement part although they still stock the item.
Yes, 12 months warranty is very standard but products like this should last far longer than a year - very disappointed and wouldn't recommend purchasing from here if you're after a decent quality product.

Highly recommended. Excellent products and superb customer service. I was nervous that I’d been scammed as I bought impulsively through Facebook but they replied to me immediately and my order arrived within days. Beautiful lamps too ??

I couldn’t rate iconic lights highly enough. I ordered two wall lights, which had a decent first order purchase discount of 15%. They arrived sooner than I anticipated.
Had them fitted, unfortunately one of the lights didn’t work and after trying different bulbs to be sure I turned to email Iconic lights customer service. I had a speedy reply and they have sent a replacement out the same day. I’ve had confirmation from my Hermes for delivery and now waiting for the replacement to arrive.
They’ve sent a free returns label for me to send back the faulty item, so no waiting for reimbursement costs.
So although a little disappointed at first that a light didn't work. The customer service have been brill and will definitely return for future purchases.

Poor - only partial refund received
I purchased 3 lampshades on line. I returned all three but only received a refund for 2. I have emailed 4 times and had no response. No one is taking telephone calls due to COVID which I find odd as other companies still have customer services to speak too. At this present time I would not recommend this company.
